Bring the studio to your team. My on-site headshot sessions are designed for organizations that want a consistent, professional look without asking employees to leave the office. Whether I'm photographing your staff at your headquarters, a conference, or a corporate event, I create a streamlined experience that keeps people moving while delivering polished, brand-consistent headshots.
Every session is photographed tethered directly to a laptop, allowing each person to review and select their favorite image before returning to work. While on-location sessions offer fewer lighting and background options than my studio, the process remains efficient, organized, and focused on creating professional portraits your team will be proud to use.
Session Details
- Designed for organizations with 15 or more employees photographed during the same session.
- A professional mobile studio is set up at your office, conference, or event venue.
- A minimum shooting area of approximately 8' × 10' is recommended. For groups of 25 or more, additional space for a check-in table is ideal so my assistant can keep the session running efficiently.
- Every image is captured tethered to a laptop for immediate review.
- Each participant selects one image for professional retouching before leaving.
- Background color is selected before the session to ensure consistency across the entire team.
- Capacity of approximately 100–150 headshots per day, depending on scheduling and logistics.
- Available as a standalone headshot station or paired with event photography for conferences, meetings, and corporate events.
- Final images are delivered in both high-resolution and web-ready formats, organized by employee name for easy distribution.
- For clients in the Richmond, Annapolis, and Washington, D.C. markets, new employees can be photographed individually in the studio at your established company rate, making it easy to keep your team's headshots consistent as your organization grows.
Pricing
On-site team headshots are priced based on the number of participants.
- $125–$225 per person, depending on the size of your team.
- 10-person minimum.
- Larger groups receive lower per-person pricing.
- Travel throughout the Richmond, Annapolis, and Washington, D.C. markets is generally included.
- For assignments outside these areas, travel fees may apply based on distance, travel time, and the number of participants. Larger groups may qualify for reduced or waived travel fees.
